Getting the most out of your day can be hard. Which is why we asked the best PTs and mindfulness experts out there to talk us through maximizing your daily potential


Some days there aren’t enough hours. Others, you don’t feel like getting anything done at all. It’s a state of affairs that has been exacerbated by the shapeless years of the pandemic, but with things getting back to normal, it might be time to rethink how you approach your time.

Some design hints ...

Start your day early

Read something you like

Journal for at least 20 minutes

Visualize, Pray, or Meditation at least 10 minutes

Workout and be active every day for at least 45-60 minutes

Eat small meals through the day

Drink lots of water throughout the day

Stop eating 2 hours before going to sleep

Shut off your cell phone and Television 2 hours before sleep

Read or listen to calming music 30 minutes before you go to bed
