Sleep health refers to the quality and quantity of sleep that an individual obtains on a regular basis. Good sleep health is essential for maintaining optimal physical and mental health, as well as overall well-being.
There are several factors that can affect sleep health, including lifestyle habits, stress levels, medical conditions, and sleep disorders. Some common sleep disorders include insomnia, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, and narcolepsy.

If an people experiencing ongoing sleep problems it can feel like a vicious cycle that feels almost impossible to break.
To improve sleep health, individuals should aim to establish a consistent sleep schedule, create a relaxing sleep environment, and practice good sleep hygiene. This includes limiting caffeine and alcohol intake, avoiding large meals and exercise before bedtime, and limiting screen time before bed. Sound easy right ? Hahahahaha :)
