The Ego Trap

Avoid the trap of exercising for your ego. It'll inevitably produce injuries. If it does not serve your health or compensate for your job, it is a goal of your ego. You might train for appearance, fun and/or esteem. Not that this is bad; all lifestyle activities are preferences. All non-operational goals are arbitrary.

Organize your training to ensure you don't get hurt from it, don't lose work from it, and don't get sick from it. Accept the injuries as risk of the body versus reward of the ego... OR you could get a great physique as a byproduct of scalable, injury-resistant, job-enabling exercise. Let me show you how to do this ...
